A Home Health Aide is a trained and certified health-care worker who provides assistance to a patient in the home with personal care and light household duties and who also monitors the patient’s condition.
Our Home Health Aide training Program shows students how to help the elderly, the disabled and people in ill health to maintain their quality of life and independence at home. A graduate of our Good Nursing and Medical Home Health Aide Training Program will be prepared with professional knowledge and experiences. By the end of the program, students will be able to:
Describe the role of the home health aide, outline the responsibilities involved in caring for home-bound patients, and differentiate the home health aide’s role from other care providers.
